Through the enquiry form: full name, organisation, email address, phone number, event date and location, and the content of your message. By email or phone: the data you choose to send us.

03Purpose and legal basis

We use the data solely to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is your consent and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).

04How long we keep the data

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and prepare a quote, and no longer than 12 months after our last communication. If we enter into a contract, data needed for invoicing is kept for the periods required by law.

05Who has access to the data

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. It is technically processed by our web hosting and email provider (Plus Hosting Grupa d.o.o. – Studio4web) as a data processor.

06Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Send your request to info@s5production.com.

If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr.
